The Challenge

Freshen up some key customer touchpoints for a medical device start-up to improve sales and look more attractive to investors.

The Solution

Centerline Biomedical, a Cleveland Clinic spinoff, was looking for some strategic branding support. Their content marketing, messaging, and branding needed tightening up. Without brand guidelines, their visual identity had started to stray. They wanted to align closer to their original brand typography and color palette. And during late Q2 of 2020 (COVID-19), they were making a concerted effort to shift more of their focus to digital. This included webinars, social media, and virtual software demonstrations. We helped support one of their first webinars which later led to a complete overhaul of their PowerPoint presentation template. We created new master slides and styles for them to build upon. Thorough editing of copy and messaging was incorporated into their investor presentation and a subsequent sell sheet collateral piece. Lastly, we helped craft a new email signature that could adapt to newer dark mode preferences and settings in email clients.
